AI &
Automation Strategist

We're looking for a senior practitioner who wires AI into real business systems — someone who can identify where an LLM or AI workflow creates genuine leverage, then build it so it actually runs in production.

Always Considering

What This Work Looks Like

AI and automation strategy at Arius 360 isn't about demos or proof-of-concepts. It's about identifying where AI creates a compounding advantage in the growth system — in lead qualification, content production, data enrichment, client reporting, or internal operations — and building it properly.

The specialist in this role works at the intersection of prompt engineering, workflow automation, and API integration. You'll design AI-powered workflows using tools like Make, n8n, and direct LLM APIs, and you'll coordinate with marketing, CRM, and web specialists to embed those systems where they create the most impact — not where they're most impressive.

What You'll Own

AI Workflow Design & Implementation

Design and build AI-powered workflows that solve real operational problems — lead enrichment, automated content generation, data classification, intelligent routing, and dynamic personalization. Architect for reliability, not novelty.

LLM Integration & Prompt Engineering

Integrate language models (GPT-4, Claude, and others) via API into business workflows. Engineer prompts that produce consistent, usable outputs at scale — not outputs that work once in testing and drift in production.

AI-Augmented Marketing Systems

Build AI layers into existing marketing and automation infrastructure — dynamic email personalization, AI-assisted ad copy generation, intelligent lead scoring inputs, and content gap analysis. These aren't replacements for human judgment; they're force multipliers for it.

Automation Stack Integration

Connect AI capabilities to the broader automation stack via Make, n8n, webhooks, and custom APIs. Ensure that AI outputs feed cleanly into CRM, marketing automation, and reporting systems without creating new data hygiene problems.

Evaluation & Iteration

Build evaluation frameworks for AI workflow outputs. Know when a model is drifting, when prompt logic needs revision, and when an AI component should be replaced with a simpler deterministic solution. Not everything benefits from AI — and knowing that is part of the expertise.

Signs You Belong in This Network

You've built AI-powered workflows that ran in production under real conditions — not just prototypes. You can speak to the failure modes you encountered and how you handled them.
You treat prompt engineering as an engineering discipline, not a creative exercise. You version your prompts, test them against edge cases, and document what you changed and why.
You understand enough about marketing and automation systems to know where AI creates leverage versus where it adds complexity without value.
You have a clear point of view on when not to use AI — and you're willing to say so to a client who wants to put AI everywhere.
